Striker eyeing Seagulls exit

The management group of striker Colin Kazim-Richards have released a statement reiterating the player's wish to quit League One outfit Brighton.
The 19-year-old, who is wanted by Championship side Barnsley, has already had one transfer request snubbed by the Seagulls, but he is determined to leave the Withdean Stadium before the transfer window closes next week.
The statement to BBC Southern Counties Radio read: "Colin still feels his future lies away from Brighton.
"This follows the club's refusal to meet with him and his advisers to clear the air. Colin feels the club's valuation of him is unrealistic."
Boss Mark McGhee is still confident Kazim-Richards, who joined from Bury last summer with the money a supporter won from Coca-Cola to buy a player for his club, will stay put and see out his contract, which expires in 2008.
He said: "We'll keep working with Colin to convince him that he does have a future here."
