Savage signs for Seagulls

Brighton and Hove Albion have snapped up free agent striker Bas Savage following his exit from Gillingham.
Savage, 25, decided to leave the Kent club last week after rejecting new terms and has agreed a one-year contract with the Seagulls.
The former Reading, Bury, Wycombe and Bristol City striker made 15 appearances for the Gills this season.
Meanwhile, Maheta Molango has parted company with Brighton after struggling to hold down a first-team place.
The former Athletico Madrid striker has made just six appearances since arriving in 2004 and has been allowed to leave despite having six months left on his contract.
"A settlement has been agreed because it is very difficult for him so come in and train every day with nothing to look forward to," Brighton boss Dean Wilkins told the club's official website.
"Maheta's a good man and I would like to wish him all the best for the future."
