To date Charlie has had a very successful football career starting at Yeading and moving onto Cardiff city. The move to Brighton came in 1999 on a £15,000 transfer, he arrived at the club by playing for Torquay, Brentford and a loan stint at Lincoln. In 2004 he became captain of the team and has helped them in their recent success.
