John agrees Brighton switch

Brighton and Hove Albion have swooped to sign Charlton youngster Alistair John on loan.
The 18-year-old right winger has joined the Seagulls for a month and goes straight into the squad for Saturday's trip to Doncaster Rovers.
John has made just one appearance on the bench for the Addicks this season in their Carling Cup victory over Bolton Wanderers last month.
Ipswich Town striker Dean Bowditch also extended his loan stay at the Withdean by a further month on transfer deadline day.
