Hinshelwood targets return

Injured Brighton and Hove Albion defender Adam Hinshelwood believes he will be fit for the start of the new season.
Hinshelwood, 23, has been sidelined since undergoing a second cruciate knee ligament operation in December, but has taregeted a return in time for the opening day fixture with Crewe on August 11.
"I am going to see the surgeon next week and hopefully he will give me the okay to crack on with pre-season training," he told the Brighton Argus.
"I've still been going in nearly every day, getting the knee checked out and just carrying on with my rehab.
"I would like to think there is plenty of time for me to be up and running for the first game of the season.
"Hopefully I will get a few games in during the pre-season period."
