Hinshelwood nearing return

Brighton defender Adam Hinshelwood is set to face Burnley on Tuesday evening after coming through the full 90 minutes of a reserve-team outing unscathed.

The highly-rated 22-year-old played his first full game in the 2-2 draw with Colchester United since rupturing cruciate ligaments against Reading last March.

Goalkeeper Wayne Henderson pressed his claims to replace Michel Kuipers between the sticks in first-team with his first outing since signing a permanent deal at the Withdean.

Young strikers Jake Robinson and Joe Gatting did their chances no harm either by grabbing the goals.
