El-Abd blow for Seagulls

Brighton and Hove Albion will be without Adam El-Abd for three weeks after the midfielder suffered a badly gashed leg in Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Millwall.
The 22-year-old was replaced halfway through the second half of the 1-1 draw which the Seagulls went on to win on penalties.
"I did it when I blocked a shot and the guy came down and gashed my calf. He was wearing blades and it has left a deep cut," he told The Argus.
"It looked pretty horrendous when I first saw it as I could see all the fibres of my muscle but it looked worse than it felt.
"I was taken to hospital and had a local anaesthetic so they could clean it out and do a few internal stitches.
"The doctors have left the wound open to prevent any infections and then I'm having an operation.
"They say it is going to take a couple of weeks to fully heal. I don't know how long it will be until I can start training but I'm hoping it will be before then."
