Brighton defender Andrew Whing is weighing up a loan move away from the Withdean Stadium with Leyton Orient believed to be interested.
Whing has lost his first-team place to Inigo Calderon this season, but Seagulls boss Gus Poyet insists he will not force the 26-year-old to leave.
"As people know, I don't force players out, especially good pros like Whingy," Poyet told the Argus.
"He has been a pleasure to work with and has trained really well. But he has a couple of options open to him. I don't want to say where."
