Vale boss goes back in for Loft

The 21-year-old free agent becomes the second former Brighton player to arrive at Vale Park of late after the recent signing of Tommy Fraser. Loft, an attacking midfielder, enjoyed a successful two-month loan spell at Dagenham last season before being released by the Seagulls at the end of last term. And having already worked under Adams during his time in charge at the Withdean, Loft cannot wait to do so again. He told Vale's official website: "Micky phoned me as soon as he got the job here and asked me to come and have a look around the club. I came up and had a look last week and now I am pleased to sign. "What tempted me up here is the fact Micky Adams is here and I am very happy I have signed a two-year deal with the club."
