Slade led the Seagulls to last season's 'great escape', when they avoided the drop on the final day of the campaign.[LNB]But despite plenty of pre-season optimism, this term has not started well and Brighton find themselves back in the relegation zone ahead of Saturday's visit of Hartlepool.[LNB]Former Yeovil boss Slade said: "I have done over 400 games now. It's not where I want to be. More than ever I want to be successful at this club.[LNB]"Things aren't quite going our way at this moment in time but you have got to be strong enough to turn things around.
