Slade was upbeat following a fourth loss in five games at the Withdean in a game which saw his side play 64 minutes with 10 men after defender Adam El-Abd received a straight red card for a studs-up challenge on Richie Partridge.[LNB]Striker Jermaine Easter went on to clinch Dons' fourth away win with a strike from close range three minutes after the break.[LNB]Slade said: "The game is kicking us in the teeth at the moment, but it will change around. We started the match well and it's frustrating we've come away with nothing because I do feel we're getting better."[LNB]Slade added: "It was a messy goal to concede to a team highly placed in the league, but our own display encourages me that we're not a million miles away.[LNB]"It's a big learning curve for us. But I've no doubt we have enough quality and enthusiasm to turn it around."[LNB][LNB]
