Slade: Motivation not a problem

The Seagulls were convincingly dumped out of the Carling Cup 3-0 by Swansea in midweek, but Slade insists lessons have been learned from their encounter with the Championship side as they go in search of their first league points this weekend. "You could see the gap between the Championship and League One and we have got a lot of work to do," said Slade. "They had threats all over the field and the movement stands out. They get between you and then they are very dangerous. "It won't be a problem. We are back to the league business. The Carling Cup is out of the way. We move on."
