Slade demands more from Seagulls
The Seagulls have shrugged off their miserable start to the season with a battling draw at Millwall followed by back-to-back wins over Wycombe and Saturday's opponents Carlisle.
But Slade said: "There were still things which were radically wrong on Saturday and need to improve, and hopefully we will do that and become a force in this division.
"We are still a long way away but I think the signs over the last three games are really encouraging."
