Seagulls send back on-loan pair
Winger Davies and midfielder Thornhill were signed by previous Albion manager Russell Slade in the summer.[LNB]The pair were set to remain with the League One club until the New Year but they have failed to impress Poyet since he took charge three weeks ago.[LNB]Davies made his eighth and final appearance for the Seagulls in Slade's final game at home to Hartlepool at the end of October.[LNB]Thornhill turned out nine times, the last of them on October 17 at Tranmere where he was substituted at half-time.[LNB]However, Poyet will still be able to call on the players if required until their loan deals officially expire.[LNB][LNB]
