Seagulls keen on Kazenga deal

Brighton manager Gus Poyet wants to re-sign Newcastle winger Kazenga LuaLua on loan. The 20-year-old has had two successful spells with the Seagulls, but the second stint was brought to a premature end when he suffered a broken leg in November. LuaLua is expected to be fit by mid-March and Poyet will hold talks with Toon chief Alan Pardew over a potential move. Poyet said: "We still want him here and we are going to try to get him. "We have been in contact with him but at the moment we are told that he is being considered for the Newcastle first team so we'll have to see. "We know that he has started jogging, so as soon as he joins in training we will get in contact with Newcastle again. Everyone knows he really likes Brighton and he was happy here and we are working on bringing him back."
