Skipper Crofts sits out due to his dismissal during the goalless draw with Leyton Orient on Boxing Day, the eighth red card shown to a Seagulls player this season.[LNB]Striker Dickinson picked up his fifth yellow card of the season and also serves a one-game ban.[LNB]Gary Dicker should come in for Crofts in midfield having been suspended against Orient, while Glenn Murray can expect a recall in place of Dickinson.[LNB]Adam Virgo and Dean Cox will also push for starts if manager Gus Poyet opts to make further changes.[LNB]Centre-half Colin Hawkins remains the only injury absentee with his ongoing heel problem.[LNB]Meanwhile, striker Dickinson believes his side need to show a big improvement in the second half of the season to salvage something from another disappointing campaign.[LNB]The Seagulls remain in the relegation zone and Dickinson admits their efforts so far have simply not been good enough.[LNB]Poyet is looking to freshen up his squad with new additions during the January transfer window and the recalled Dickinson concedes that the Uruguayan has been "extremely fair" to the existing players.[LNB]He said: "I feel for the fans. They have to put up with not the best of stadiums and we need to do a lot more for them.[LNB]"The first half of the season has not been good enough, especially as our target was the top five or six.[LNB]"The defence did their job against Orient, but as a team we need to create a hell of a lot more chances. Our final ball needs to be much better."[LNB][LNB]
