Poyet sounds a warning

Brighton boss Gus Poyet has warned his table-topping side of tougher tests to come after Kazenga LuaLua's late goal gave the Seagulls a 1-0 win and their fourth successive home success in the league. Winger LuaLua, on-loan from Newcastle, settled the issue by firing in his second goal for Brighton from just outside the area 12 minutes from time. Poyet said: "Being top of the table is the main thing, but I've told the players it'll get more difficult. "This was a difficult game as Brentford came to make it difficult, with players behind the ball, and we had to be patient." Poyet gave Spanish striker Francisco Sandaza his full debut, but felt the former Dundee United man was substituted on the hour "Fran ran about so much, he was desperate to impress and chased everything," added Poyet. "The key for us was the form of the keeper and our back four and Adam El-Abd , at centre-back, was the best player on the pitch."
