Poyet satisfied with point

Brighton manager Gus Poyet gave his side the thumbs-up for their second-half display in the wake of the League One champions' 1-1 draw with Colchester. Ian Henderson put the Us ahead in the 17th minute, but a laboured Albion claimed a share of the spoils through Ashley Barnes' second-half volley. Poyet said: "We played in the second half, which we didn't do in the first half. On the pitch in the first half we were running about, we didn't commit and we didn't have ideas, we didn't try to go forward, we didn't control the ball, we didn't move. "We're a team that passes the ball, but playing football is more than that. It's about timing, playing it short, playing it long, knowing when to play and when not to play. "We did that better in the second half."
