Poyet, a player at Premier League big boys Chelsea and Tottenham, is cutting his teeth in management at the Seagulls' ill-suited athletics stadium.[LNB]On Friday night he watched from the sidelines as full-back Adam El-Abd had to make the long trek to the club's medical room to receive treatment on a head wound - and Colchester took full advantage by scoring their second goal in Brighton's 2-1 defeat.[LNB]"He needed a taxi really. During that five minutes we conceded again," said Poyet.[LNB]"Unfortunately this is the stadium we have got and we have to deal with that. Maybe in the future if somebody gets a bad cut we will have to make a change straight away, because we cannot wait."[LNB][LNB]
