Livermore loaned out to Hatters
The former Millwall and Hull playmaker has made 24 appearances for the Seagulls this season, but is heading to Kenilworth Road on the back of Gary Dicker's arrival on loan from Stockport.
Livermore will go straight into the Hatters' squad for their trip to Morecambe on Saturday.
