Hornets face Seagulls
Watford will host League One leaders Brighton in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Championship Hornets came from behind to beat Hartlepool 4-1 in round three, while Albion beat their south-coast neighbours Portsmouth 3-1.
The ties will take place over the weekend of January 29/30.
