Forster set to return for Seagulls
The veteran striker missed Tuesday night's defeat at Norwich with a knee injury but resumed training on Thursday morning.[LNB]Forster is set to go straight back into the starting line-up with fellow forward Glenn Murray suspended after being booked for the fifth time this season at Carrow Road.[LNB]Graeme Smith keeps his place in goal with Michel Kuipers still missing, although the Dutchman is in light training after a groin injury.[LNB]Boss Gus Poyet is planning changes following the midweek 4-1 reverse.[LNB]Left-back Jim McNulty could make the bench after an ankle injury but centre-half Colin Hawkins is still on the sidelines with an Achilles problem.[LNB][LNB]
