Forster nearing Seagulls return
The veteran striker has responded well to having an injection in the knee and could be back in action soon.
"He joined in on Thursday and Friday with the warm-ups and he's starting to make progress," said Seagulls boss Russell Slade.
"The injection he received seems to be working so fingers crossed he might get some football in the coming weeks."
Slade used 22 players in the 2-1 friendly defeat by Stevenage on
Saturday, and plans to do the same against AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday night.
"I was intent, and will still be at Wimbledon, that all my players get minutes on the pitch," he added.
