Forster impresses Albion new-boy

Brighton winger Elliott Bennett says striker Nicky Forster is an example to any young professional. The 36-year-old forward has scored seven goals in the last five games. "His attitude is brilliant, he comes in and has a laugh with the lads but on the pitch takes it seriously," Bennett told BBC Sussex:. "Even in training his head switches to serious, the goal threat he carries is brilliant, if I could nick a few of the goals he scores I'd be very happy." He added: "From when I've been here he's been brilliant. You put the ball in the box and if he's there or thereabouts he's going to score. He's on a very good vein of form at the minute and long may it continue."
