Bob Booker and Dean White are currently in charge of first-team affairs following the departure of Micky Adams by mutual consent and the Seagulls' captain was full of sympathy for his former boss.[LNB]He told the Argus: "At some stage in my career I would like to step into the management side of things. I don't know what the situation is with the vacancy.[LNB]"At the moment I am responding and am respectful of the fact that Bob Booker and Dean White are in temporary charge. Things will pan out I am sure.[LNB]"It [Millwall match] was obviously a disappointing and sad day because someone lost their job. Any human has got compassion for someone who has got a family and children at school down here and will perhaps have to re-locate again. It's a big upheaval.[LNB]"Some players who have not been featuring won't be pleased as such, although it might open up an opportunity for them but the general consensus was shock."[LNB][LNB]
