El-Abd fitness boost for Brighton
El-Abd, who is currently playing at left-back, suffered a facial injury during last week's defeat by Colchester but will be fine to travel to the County Ground.[LNB]Boss Gus Poyet is considering handing another left-back, fit-again Jim McNulty, a place in midfield in front of El-Abd.[LNB]McNulty has suffered an injury-hit spell since joining the Seagulls, having to have a kidney removed last season before suffering an ankle problem this term, but he is fully fit now and set to figure in a more advanced role.[LNB]Centre-half Colin Hawkins is the only injury absentee due to an ongoing heel problem.[LNB]Poyet has the luxury of an otherwise fully-fit squad to choose from.[LNB][LNB]
