Dickinson demands better defending

Albion, with three wins from their previous 14 games, booked a place in the third-round draw thanks to Dickinson's winner four minutes from time after Rushden had twice battled back to equalise and the tie looked to be heading towards a replay.[LNB]Dickinson said: "No disrespect to Rushden, but we made it difficult for ourselves at times. It's very frustrating to concede two goals again and it's not good enough.[LNB]"We're very disappointed we're leaking goals again and we need to work hard on our defence."[LNB]Former Derby striker Dickinson, keen to kick on after a nightmare spell in the east Midlands, was on the verge of being replaced by manager Gus Poyet when he struck the winning goal.[LNB]Dickinson added: "We knew we were facing a tough tie and I was close to being replaced by Craig Davies when I scored late on."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
