I'll concentrate on playing and doing well for Brighton." [LNB]The Irishman continued: "I won't let it affect me. It's only talk at the end of the day.[LNB] [LNB][LNB] "We're top of the league and going well so hopefully it'll take care of itself." [LNB]Brighton boss Gus Poyet added: "We're in February and agents are already talking about what is going to happen. [LNB]"Gary knows how important he is for the team and that sooner or later we're going to start talking about the possibility of having a longer contract.[LNB] [LNB][LNB] "When you are in the position we are, you risk losing some players. [LNB]Poyet continued: "But we don't know where we are going to be next year so we need to make sure we don't sign everyone who is out of contract. It's not an easy situation. [LNB]"I'm just trying to manage it individually. The main thing is that everyone on a contract which is due to finish will know where they stand so there are no secrets."
