Brighton welcome back Navarro

Alan Navarro has resumed full training with Brighton after six months on the sidelines. The midfielder joined in with the rest of the first-team squad on Thursday morning for the first time since he suffered a ruptured cruciate ligament in August. Boss Gus Poyet now wants Navarro to get some reserve games under his belt so he can play a part in the Seagulls' promotion run-in. "It's a really nice day for the squad," said Poyet. "We want him to play games so we are trying to set up some friendlies and also games on the training ground between ourselves. "We will try to play 11 v 11 so that Alan knows what it is like to play again."
