Trio back for Seagulls

Tomasz Kuszczak, Liam Bridcutt and Adam El-Abd return to the Brighton squad for the visit of Charlton.

Goalkeeper Kuszczak and midfielder Bridcutt missed Saturday's 2-2 draw at Nottingham Forest through illness and have now fully recovered, while defender El-Abd is available again after a two-game suspension.

Kuszczak will replace Casper Ankergren in goal after his error gifted Forest their late equaliser.

Inigo Calderon continues at right-back as fellow Spaniard Bruno is still sidelined due to a calf muscle problem, with Brighton hopeful he will be fit in about a week.

Strikers Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles) and Will Hoskins (knee) are also injured and Ashley Barnes is still suspended following his red card for tripping the referee at Bolton last month.

Charlton will check on Matt Taylor and Dale Stephens.

Defender Taylor and midfielder Stephens missed Saturday's thrilling 3-2 comeback win over Bolton due to illness.

Striker Ricardo Fuller popped his shoulder out during the match but boss Chris Powell expects him to be fine.

Mark Gower came on as a substitute to make his debut following his recent loan switch from Swansea so he is pushing for a start.

Fellow midfielder Andy Hughes made his first start since November 2011 after a long-term Achilles problem, so he could make way.

Defender Leon Cort remains a doubt with a knee injury and midfielder Danny Hollands is still on the sidelines with a fractured metatarsal.
