Brighton fought back from two goals down to beat 10-man Charlton 3-2 and climb back to the top of the Sky Bet Championship.

Middlesbrough had moved to the summit following Friday night's 2-0 win at Ipswich and it looked like they would stay there after the Seagulls conceded twice in the opening five minutes.

Teenager Ademola Lookman slammed home his first senior goal for Charlton in the second minute and Reza Ghoochannejhad added a second three minutes later.

But Manchester United loanee James Wilson pulled one back for Brighton in the 50th minute and Chris Hughton's side turned it around after Charlton defender Patrick Bauer had been sent off for a foul on Bobby Zamora.

Zamora levelled in the 83rd minute and substitute Tomer Hemed headed an 85th-minute winner.

Hull lost ground on the top two after they went down 2-1 at Leeds.

Chris Wood gave Leeds a 30th-minute lead and shortly after Alex Mowatt's fierce drive had rattled the crossbar, Tom Adeyemi made it 2-0.

Ahmed Elmohamady headed Hull back into it six minutes after the restart but Leeds held on.

Will Keane came out on top in a family affair at Turf Moor as Preston won 2-0 against twin brother Will's Burnley.

Preston striker Keane, closely marked by centre-half Michael, struck the opening goal in the 63rd minute and Daniel Johnson added a second in the closing stages.

Huddersfield registered their first win in three attempts under head coach David Wagner as their first away success since September, 2-0 at Birmingham, lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Joe Lolley struck after just 31 seconds and Nahki Wells' close-range finish ensured a first win in seven for the Terriers.

Bolton slumped to their ninth defeat of the season as Cardiff won 3-2 at the Macron Stadium.

Gary Madine cancelled out Tony Watts' 13th-minute opener for the Bluebirds before Bolton hit the crossbar through Darren Pratley's 44th-minute effort.

Cardiff regained the lead through Scott Malone in the 53rd minute and although Dorian Dervite equalised, Anthony Pilkington lashed home an 80th-minute winner.

Brentford made it four games unbeaten following a 2-0 home win against MK Dons in Dean Smith's first game in charge.

Danish striker Lasse Vibe's header gave the Bees a 20th-minute lead and the home side twice hit the woodwork through Sergio Canos and Vibe before Alan Judge converted in the 71st minute.

Two Matt Mills headers helped Nottingham Forest secure back-to-back home wins with a comfortable 3-0 victory against Fulham.

Mills headed Forest's first just before the break and added another in the 78th minute after Chris O'Grady's close-range finish early in the second half.

Bristol City had defender Nathan Baker sent off in his side's 2-0 home defeat to Blackburn.

Baker was dismissed for a second bookable offence in the 49th minute before Rovers scored through Grant Hanley and Ben Marshall, who converted a late penalty after Aden Flint's foul on Markus Olsson.

Rotherham slipped to their sixth home defeat of the season as they lost 2-1 to Wolves.

The Millers hit back to level through Matt Derbyshire's 17th-minute strike after James Henry had headed Wolves into a fifth-minute lead, but Danny Batth nodded the winner just before the interval.
