Cristian Baz hit the winning spot-kick for League One leaders Brighton as they finally saw off non-league Woking after a 2-2 draw in their FA Cup first round replay. Brighton were reduced to 10 men when assistant manager Mauricio Taricco was sent-off in extra time of a remarkable match which ended 2-2 before Woking failed to convert any of their three shootout penalties. Matt Sparrow pounced to slot Brighton ahead on 57 minutes but a 72nd-minute own goal from Seagulls skipper Gordon Greer levelled as the tie went to extra-time. Substitute Ola Sagbanmu sent the Kingfield Stadium wild by heading the Conference South side ahead on 103 minutes but the lead lasted only two minutes when Elliott Bennett crashed in a dramatic equaliser.
