Adams insists he will not resign

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Micky Adams says he has no plans to resign despite speculation about his future.He told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "I'm not resigning. People can write and speculate as much as they want but I am here to stay."Adams denied there were crisis talks with the board after the defeat by Luton in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy."What I actually said was I was sure I would be speaking to them. That's part and parcel of being a manager."He added: "You invariably speak to chairmen and various members of the board after games.
