Brentford boss Scott Fitzgerald has backed his new look strikeforce of Jo Kuffour and Neil Shipperley to keep the club in League One.
The Bees are second bottom of the table after Saturday's 1-0 victory over Brighton, but Fitzgerald believes the signing of Shipperley in the transfer window will help team-mate Kuffour fulfill his potential.
"We've been bottom of the league for a while and the players used to look nervous but there's a hunger and a desire among them now," he said.
"Jo Kuffour and Neil Shipperley will just get better and better. They are two intelligent footballers and once Charlie Ide on the right gets his final ball right they will score a lot of goals.
"The players are starting to believe in themselves, and so they should because they are good players.
"I work with Jo (Kuffour) every single day and he can be whatever he wants to be. He is the most talented player at this club. He just needs to do it week in and week out, although his work rate is phenomenal."
