Striker talks open

Brentford manager Andy Scott has opened contract talks with striker Charlie MacDonald.Scott is hoping the nine-goal forward will follow the example of winger Myles Weston, who put pen to paper on a new deal earlier this week."I have been speaking to Charlie and we want to get him signed up," said Scott."There is a board meeting at the end of the month and I'll be putting it to them then. He's a real goalscorer and they are not easy to find."
