Striker scores on Bees comeback
The striker, who missed the end of last season after suffering horrific facial injuries in an aerial clash with Rotherham's Pablo Mills in March, bagged the Bees' second goal in a comfortable win.
"I'm happy to be back to my old self - it's been a long time," he said.
"I'm still coming to terms with the injury, getting past it mentally, but Wednesday has proved it is okay. I'm not letting anything stop me."
Moses Ademola and summer signing Leon Legge were also on target for Brentford.
