Smith enjoying Bees loan move

The defender recently extended his spell at Griffin Park to the maximum 93 days. Town boss Roy Keane has insisted on a recall clause in the deal and last week admitted Smith could be brought back to Portman Road early. But the 19-year-old, who hopes to make New Zealand's squad for this summer's World Cup, is happy to be playing regular first-team football in west London. "I'm really happy to be here playing games," he said. "Coming to Brentford was a good opportunity for me."
