Brentford boss Andy Scott is to study video footage before deciding whether to take further action against either Darren Powell or Karleigh Osborne.
Powell was red-carded for a clash with his own colleague during the 1-0 win at Bournemouth, with Scott not pleased with what he witnessed.
He said: "I didn't actually see what happened, but they had a disagreement over who was marking whom and disagreed about their respective roles.
"But it was all resolved in the dressing room afterwards and they are still speaking to each other. Darren is a passionate player and, like all of us, wanted to win.
"Whether I take any action against him will depend on what is revealed when I watch the video."
