Scott stung by Bees loss

Brentford manager Andy Scott was left "devastated" by his side's 1-0 FA Cup exit at Aldershot. Wade Small's early goal was enough to book the League Two side a trip to Dover in round two. Scott said: "I didn't think it was a great cup tie. I expected us to have a go first half and second half but we didn't. "You can't start like that against anybody and what's driving me mad is that I warned them before the game but not enough notice was taken. "We talked about their system and I told them before the game. I told them at half-time and of course they understand at half-time because they are 1-0 down and they start doing it in the second half. "These lads are supposed to be pushing to be in a League One side. I'm devastated because we've lost and I don't like losing football matches in that manner. If we get beat doing what we do we're unlucky and we can hold our hands up, but we've only played for 45 minutes in this game."
