Scott hails fans after home draw

Sam Williams rescued a point late on for the Bees after they had previously led twice in the game. First-half strikes from Jordan Rhodes and David Hunt were cancelled out by the Chairboys, who then took the lead through John Akinde. Scott was quick to pay tribute to his players for fighting hard to earn a share the spoils as the top two sides in the league battled it out at Griffin Park. He said: "I think a draw was about right but if we had played for another 10 minutes I think we'd have edged it. "It was a cracking game between two very good sides and I was very proud of the fact that a club like Brentford can attract nearly 11,000 fans, more than 9,000 of them Brentford fans."
