Scott hails Bees' energy

Brentford boss Andy Scott was delighted to see his side avoid the ignominy of a fourth straight League One defeat. Veteran forward Nicky Forster came off the bench to secure a 1-1 draw with Exeter in a frantic finish at Griffin Park. "It was a tribute to the lads that they kept on going to the end," said Scott. "They've got terrific energy and they're very fit lads. "I thought that a point was the least we deserved and I think that was the most dominant we've been all season while we restricted them to two chances at the other end. "I was disappointed we let a goal in so early but we showed a lot of character and created more chances. "Their keeper made a couple of really good saves and it would have been easy for us to feel sorry for ourselves because it just wasn't dropping for us. "But the fact is we never gave up and I'm so pleased that they got what they deserved."
