Scott bemoans poor Bees start
The Bees tumbled out of this season's competition after Chris Martin's 30th-minute strike secured a 1-0 win for the Carrow Road hosts on Tuesday night.
"I thought we invited a lot of pressure early on, we didn't start well at all, and they punished us," said Scott.
"It was a good goal by their lad but there was some poor defending leading up to it.
"After that I thought we did really well. For the last 20 minutes of the first half and the whole of the second we had a lot of possession, caused them problems and created a couple of chances, but unfortunately we didn't take them."
