O`Connor calls for Bees to embark on run

Brentford skipper Kevin O'Connor has urged his side to build on Saturday's morale-boosting win at Tranmere. The Bees lifted themselves off the foot of the table after picking up their first away success of the season. O'Connor scored twice and Marcus Bean also got in on the act as the Bees ran out comfortable 3-0 winners. They face a tough test against high-flying Peterborough this weekend and long-serving midfielder O'Connor wants more of the same. "It was an important result and we need to string a few results together now," said O'Connor. "We've got Peterborough on Saturday, who have been scoring a lot of goals, but it's important we start keeping clean sheets again."
