Scott had no complaints about either decision and instead chose to focus on his players' lacklustre performance at Adams Park.
"I thought we were good for the first half an hour but after the penalty we never regained our composure," he said.
"We didn't pass it as well as we had done and we didn't make their defenders face their own goal which, unfortunately, Wycombe did to us.
"The first penalty was given by the linesman and you see them given, and the second one was definitely a penalty and definitely a sending-off. Our guy in the wrong position, we work on it in training all the time, we work on a lot of things in training but they don't do it on a match day sometimes."
