Moyes rues missed opportunities

Everton manager David Moyes rued his side's missed chances as League One Brentford beat them in the Carling Cup."We abused the opportunities we had to score and knew that they would keep coming and in football you have to take those chances when they come," he said. "But they deserved it because they hung in and never let us out of the game." Moyes was also angry over a post-match incident where he accused a supporter of throwing a bottle at Everton fans.
