MacDonald targets new Bees deal

MacDonald, who found the net on his return from a six-month lay-off with a shoulder injury against Bristol Rovers last weekend, will be out of contract next summer but wants to stay in west London. "It was mentioned at the end of last season but nothing has been said since," said last term's 18-goal top-scorer. "They were probably waiting for me to return to full fitness. "But now I'm back and scoring again, hopefully we can get something sorted as I'm very happy at the club and would like to stay. "The shoulder is feeling good and perhaps even stronger than before. I've taken a few tumbles on it and it's been all right, and it doesn't even cross my mind in games now."
