Hunt content with Bees role
27 Feb 2009 - 16:27:16
Brentford midfielder David Hunt says he is enjoying life at Griffin Park, despite having not started a game for the Bees to date.
The 26-year-old has made seven appearances as a substitute since his arrival from Shrewsbury Town, but insists that he is content to have made the move.
He told The Gazette: "The lads are doing well and there is nothing more at all I can do to see some more action.
"But I'm hoping that I don't get one, because we'll be winning more games.
"I'm not here to cause any problems. I know what the team is and know the best eleven is out there getting the points at the moment and if I'm needed I'll get on.
"It is just great to be involved, anything I get is a bonus. To be at the top of the league, the lads are buzzing."
