Gulls target released by Brentford
The 22-year-old, who joined the Bees from Yeovil in July last year, should sign for the Football League newcomers before Tuesday's 5pm transfer deadline.
Williams made 24 starts in Brentford's League Two title-winning season, scoring two goals.
But this term he has managed just one substitute appearance in the Carling Cup defeat by Bristol City.
