Forster waiting on Macdonald

Brentford boss Nicky Forster is hopeful Charlie Macdonald will be fit to face League One leaders Brighton. The striker missed Saturday's 3-0 loss at Hartlepool with a dead leg sustained in training and will undergo a late fitness test. On-loan Sunderland midfielder Adam Reed, who had been suffering for a groin problem, made his long-awaited debut as a second-half substitute against Pools and, after impressing, could be in line for his first start. Defender Leon Legge and forward Lewis Grabban will also be targeting places in the XI. Sam Wood will miss out again as he continues his rehabilitation from a broken arm. He is set to see a specialist this week as he looks to return to full training.
