Butch plays down pressure

Brentford boss Terry Butcher is confident that he will be given time to get things right at Griffin Park.
The Bees have lost six of their last seven games and are just four points above the League Two drop zone, but Butcher believes his job is safe for the time being.
He said after the 1-0 loss to Grimsby Town: "I'm very confident that I'll be given more time and there is a lot to work with here.
"The genuine fans who were applauding the players off the pitch can see what is going on. Within ten minutes of the final whistle on Saturday I'd had several fans come up to me and say positive things.
"They want to see effort and commitment and that is what they are getting. We are just lacking quality and a bit of luck.
"It is a tough time for everybody, but I've faced adversity in my career before and come through the other side."
